Description
Misozi Abakundakawa Peaberry comes from an innovative cooperative founded in 1999 in Gakenke District in the north. Abakundakawa means “those who love coffee.” A peaberry denotes that each coffee cherry only yields one seed.
Cupping Notes: Green Apple, Brown Sugar & Floral Notes
Process: Washed, fermented for 36 hours, hand sorted and sun dried on raised beds
